A vacuum unit assembled with a receiver is installed on the chassis (support frame), which uses a vane-rotor vacuum pump with graphite blades that does not require lubrication. The switch is located on the cover of the electric motor. When the electric motor is turned on, a vacuum is formed in the receiver for a few seconds. The vacuum value can be adjusted using the regulator located on the receiver.
The vacuum from the receiver is divided into two lines. The first leads to the bucket
and then through the milk hose supplies constant vacuum to the milk collector. According to this system, under the action of vacuum, milk is sucked out of the animal's udder and gets into the can. The second vacuum line leads to the pulsator. The paired milking pulsator is a device that allows you to get an interruption of the vacuum action in the proportion of 60% suction stroke, 40% rest, while the suction and rest strokes in 2 milking cups out of 4 are in antiphase. This creates the effect of alternately sucking different parts of the animal's udder, which is as close as possible to the natural process of milk release.
