TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
An online store is a site that has an address on the Internet.
A product is a product offered for sale in an online store.
Client - the individual or legal entity who placed the Order.
Order - properly executed request of the Client to purchase the Goods.
The transport company is a third party that provides services for the delivery of Goods to Customers.

The original text is the Agreement between the online store fermateh.com.ua on the territory of Ukraine, hereinafter referred to as the "Internet Store", and the user of the services of the Internet store, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" and defines the conditions for the purchase of goods through the website of the Internet store https: //gontagro.com.ua, hereinafter "Online Store" or "Site".
1. Basic provisions
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store at the time of placing the order.
1.2. The information posted on the Website of the Internet store contains the conditions of the offer to purchase the product and is a public offer, the status of which is established by Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (CCU). Acceptance is the fact of placing an order for the offered product.
1.3. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the conditions discussed in this Agreement by ticking the box "I agree with the terms of the Agreement" when placing the order.
1.4. Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for goods on the territory of Ukraine can make a purchase in the https://gontagro.com.ua online store.
1.5. The goods are paid only in hryvnias: upon delivery or self-pickup of the goods or by non-cash bank transfer to the current account of the online store.
2. Information about goods
2.1. The product is presented in the catalog through photo samples that are the property of the online store.
2.2. Each photo sample is accompanied by text information: article number, price and description of the product.
2.3 At the Buyer's request, the manager of the online store is obliged to provide (by phone or e-mail) other information necessary and sufficient, from the Buyer's point of view, for him to make a decision to purchase the product.
2.4. The price of the product indicated on the Site can be changed unilaterally by the online store https://gontagro.com.ua .
2.5. In case of a change in the price of the product ordered by the Buyer, the manager of the online store will inform the Buyer (by phone or e-mail) at the first opportunity to confirm or cancel the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this order is considered cancelled.
2.6. The goods sold by the online store are marked with information about the main properties of the product, its application methods, and the location of the seller.
3. Purchase procedure in the online store https://gontagro.com.ua
3.1. Orders are accepted through the online store https://gontagro.com.ua and official pages in social networks.
3.2. The buyer of the online store fermateh.com.ua has the right to place an order for any product presented on the website of the online store and available. Each product can be ordered in any quantity. The order can be placed by the Buyer in the following ways: by phone, by e-mail or placed independently on the Site.
3.3. If the product is not in stock, the Company Manager is obliged to notify the Buyer (by phone or e-mail).
3.4. If the product is not available, the Buyer has the right to replace it with a product of a similar model, to refuse this product, to cancel the order.
3.5. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time before it is sent to the Buyer by notifying the Online Store by phone or e-mail.
4. Delivery and transfer of goods to the Buyer
4.1. Delivery of goods purchased in the online store https://gontagro.com.ua is carried out by courier services on the territory of Ukraine.
4.2 The shipment of the ordered goods in Ukraine is carried out within 2-3 working days from the day of confirmation of the order by the Buyer. Saturday, Sunday and officially recognized holidays are not included in the number of working days.
4.3. Together with the order, the following documents are provided to the Buyer: invoice, invoice and warranty card.
4.4. In the presence of the courier of the Internet store, the buyer is obliged to accept the ordered goods according to the quantity, quality, assortment and completeness of the goods.
4.5. The fact of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer is the payment of the goods by the Buyer.
4.6. If the Buyer refuses the order at the time of delivery, the Buyer shall pay the costs of the online store for the delivery of the order.
4.7. The buyer is not obliged to compensate the costs of the online store related to the delivery of the order, if in the process of receiving the goods it turns out that the delivered goods are of inappropriate quality, quantity, assortment or completeness.
5. Order payment
5.1. The order placed in the online store is paid for by the Buyer by cash transfer by courier service.
5.2. Payment for the order by non-cash settlement must be made by the Buyer by 100% advance transfer of funds to the current account of the online store within three working days from the day of confirmation of the order.
5.3. If funds are not received, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.
6. The procedure for returning goods of appropriate quality
6.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the delivered goods at the moment of receipt for courier delivery.
6.2. The return of the product to the online store is possible if its appearance, consumer properties, original factory packaging, labels, invoice are preserved.
6.3. The return of the goods to the online store is carried out at the expense of the Buyer to the seller's office on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or by a courier service.
6.4. When the Buyer returns the goods of proper quality, the online store returns to him the amount paid for the goods upon the fact of returning the goods, minus compensation for the store's costs related to the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
7. The procedure for returning goods purchased through the online store, when a hidden defect is detected, warranty service
7.1. Products purchased in our online store have a warranty period of 14 calendar days. During the specified period of time, in the event that a hidden defect is discovered in the product, the Buyer has the right to: free of charge elimination of defects, or a corresponding reduction of the purchase price, or replacement with a product of a similar model, or any other product with an appropriate recalculation of the purchase price, or return of the product and receiving money for it, in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
7.2. The return of the goods to the online store is carried out at the expense of the Buyer to the seller's office on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or by a courier service.
7.3. Claims on the product are considered within 3 to 5 days.
8. Other
8.1. The online store gontagro.com.ua reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer on the Site, to regulate access to the purchase of any goods, as well as to suspend or stop the sale of any goods at its own discretion.
8.2. This Agreement shall be considered as published on the Site, and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
