Warranty and returns
We strive to make every visit to our store not only comfortable, but also as efficient as possible. That is why we offer you only high-quality products of well-known manufacturers. All actions on the return and warranty repair of goods are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
Product warranty
All warranty products are covered by a 12-month warranty, the warranty period is specified in the warranty card. For some types of goods, the warranty document is a sales receipt. Please keep the receipt and warranty card for the entire warranty period. The warranty period starts from the moment of purchase of the product. Warranty service is the free elimination of product defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer.
The warranty does not apply to fast-wearing parts (carbon brushes, filters, consumables), to electrical cables with mechanical and thermal damage, to a product opened or repaired outside an authorized service center, damaged goods.

Product return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, it can be returned or exchanged. This procedure will pass without complications if you follow a number of simple rules. We value each of our clients very much, and are always ready to consider various problematic situations.
If you ordered any product by mistake - you can return it within 14 days from the moment of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
1. The product has not been used, it is returned in its original packaging and complete set, with undamaged seals and in the same condition in which it was purchased.
2. You must present the original receipt.
3. The return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Warranty obligations may be terminated in the following cases:
1. The presence of obvious or hidden mechanical damage to the equipment caused by violation of the rules of transportation, storage or operation.
2. In the repair process, non-compliance with the Rules and conditions of operation, which were submitted against the equipment of this type, as well as for damage caused by improper storage (corrosion of metal parts) was revealed.
3. Damage to control labels and seals (if any).
4. The presence of foreign objects inside the equipment case, regardless of their nature, if the possibility of this is not stipulated in the technical documentation and the Operating Instructions.
5. Equipment failure caused by force majeure and/or actions of third parties.
6. If malfunctions occur as a result of overloading the product or incorrect operation, using the product not for its intended purpose, as well as in the case of instability of the power grid parameters.
7. If there are corrections in the Warranty card.
