We sell plastic transport tanks with a capacity of 500 to 5,000 liters. They are externally identical to our horizontal tanks, but their walls are thicker, and the stiffeners are reinforced. The tanks can be used as a reservoir for storing and transporting UAN (urea-ammonia mixture), caustic soda and other liquid fertilizers for agricultural needs.

The strength of the tank is ensured by reinforced walls (thicker than conventional horizontal tanks) and the shape of the product.

Product description

Polyethylene tank for transportation with a capacity of 5,000 liters. A special pipe is installed inside the tank to increase strength and absorb water impacts against the walls, which acts as a breakwater, prevents the spread of vibrations in the tank, providing protection against water hammer. This pipe also ensures a smooth and uniform process of filling the tank with liquid. The overall dimensions of the tank allow it to be installed on almost any truck. The optimal ratio of the length, width and height of the product ensures the stability of the car, both when the tank is completely and partially filled. There are convenient handles on four sides of the tank for carrying the unfilled tank.

The G-5000E tank can be used as a reservoir for storing and transporting UAN (urea-ammonia mixture), caustic soda and other fertilizers for agricultural needs.

The tanks are designed for repeated use for storing and transporting liquids that are not hazardous, including drinking and industrial water.
The temperature of the transported liquid should be between 0 ° C and + 60ºC. The specific gravity of the liquid should be within 1 ± 1%. G-5000 AGRO, G-5000 AGRO SP, T-5000, G- 5000, G- 6000, G- 6700 tanks can be used to transport liquids with a specific gravity of up to 1.3. The transportation speed is not more than 60 km/h. When transporting partially filled containers, it is necessary to reduce the speed on turns, ascents, descents. To prevent water leaks through the lid breather valve, the actual filling volume of the container should be 5% less than the nominal volume of liquid.
