We produce plastic transport tanks with a capacity of 500 to 6,000 liters. They are externally identical to our horizontal tanks, but their walls are thicker, and the stiffening ribs are reinforced accordingly. The tanks can be used as a reservoir for storing and transporting UAN (urea-ammonia mixture), caustic soda and other liquid fertilizers for agricultural needs.

The temperature of the transported liquid must be between 0 ° C to + 60º C. The specific gravity of the transported liquid must be within 1 ± 1%. G-5000 AGRO, G-5000 AGRO SP, T-5000, G- 5000, G- 6000 tanks can be used to transport liquids with a specific gravity of up to 1.3. Transportation speed is no more than 60 km / h. When transporting partially filled tanks, it is necessary to reduce the speed on turns, ascents and descents. To prevent water leaks through the lid breather valve, the actual filling volume of the tank should be 5% less than the nominal volume of liquid.

The G - 5000 AGRO SP tank is equipped with partitions - dampers; a spacer pipe is installed in the T- 5000, G- 5000 and G- 6000 tanks, which also acts as a damper and prevents water hammer in the tank lid.

When installing tanks on the body of a vehicle, it is necessary to secure the tank with belts and provide stops that prevent the tank from shifting during movement. The connection of pipelines to the tanks must be performed by a specialist with the appropriate qualifications, taking into account safety regulations.
