BP-40 Battery-Powered Diesel Fuel Pump
This portable vane pump is designed for pumping diesel fuel in areas where there is no fixed infrastructure. A unique feature of this pump is that it runs on its own battery, which can be removed and charged. The battery has a voltage of 18 V and a capacity of 2500 mAh, which allows the pump to operate as autonomously and mobile as possible.
On one battery charge, the pump can operate continuously for up to 30 minutes, which is enough to perform most tasks, provided the pump capacity is 40 l/min. The pump is equipped with a bypass valve to prevent damage when the fuel tap is closed, but it is not recommended to use it in this mode for a long time. In addition, the pump should not be allowed to run without fuel for a long time.
The pump is not supplied with suction and discharge hoses, which must be ordered separately, taking into account the operating conditions of the pump. To record the volume of pumped fuel, you can install a flow meter or use a fuel nozzle with a built-in counter.
The pump has a convenient handle for transportation, and its base allows it to be installed permanently, for example, as part of a gas station. To prevent premature failure of the pump components, it is recommended to use a fine fuel filter on the suction line.
It is important to note that it is prohibited to use the BP-40 pump for pumping water, chemicals, kerosene or gasoline.
