The branch crusher is designed for processing wood, board trimmings, battens, branches, etc. Processed wood is an excellent fuel for all types of combustion.

Branch crusher model 2B-80E is powered by an electric motor with a power of 7.5 kW through pulleys with a diameter of 100 mm and 410 mm. Two belts of profile B.

Cutting shafts are square, gears on the shafts are splined. Knives are made of 65G spring steel with subsequent heat treatment and have a double sharpening angle, which allows to extend the service life of the knives. The knives are set in relation to each other, as accurately as possible without gaps between them, which allows for the equal processing of branches of a larger diameter and the smallest ones.

The welded body of the branch crusher block ensures the rigidity and strength of the structure!

All components of the crusher are primed before painting, and then painted with polyurethane paint made in Italy. This type of paint is a mixture of various polymers, which has excellent protective and shock-resistant properties that no other paint has.
