The chipper is designed for processing wood, board trimmings, battens, branches, etc. Processed wood is an excellent fuel for all types of combustion.

Maximum diameter of the processed branch:

• Raw softwood - 160 mm
• Raw hardwood - 140 mm
• Dry hardwood - 130 mm

The resulting fraction is 15-18 cm

This model of the shredder is installed on the following types of drives:

• Three-point hitch of a tractor from 80 hp.

Branch shredders are manufactured on high-quality equipment with software (CNC), which makes them high-quality and reliable, which in turn guarantees a long service life of the units.

Thickness of the shredder body 30 mm, the distance between the body walls is 315 mm, the distance between the shafts is 180 mm.

The cutting shafts are triangular, the gears are splined onto the shafts. (Gears: diameter 310 mm, thickness 40 mm). The knives are made of 65G spring steel with subsequent heat treatment and have a double sharpening angle, which extends the service life of the knives. The thickness of the knives is 16 mm.

The knives are set in relation to each other, as accurately as possible without gaps between them, which allows for the equal processing of branches of a larger diameter and the smallest ones.

Painting of branch shredders:

All shredder components are primed before painting, and then painted with Italian-made polyurethane paint. This type of paint is a mixture of various polymers, which has excellent protective and shockproof properties that no other paint has.
