We produce plastic transport tanks with a capacity of 500 to 6,000 liters. They are externally identical to our horizontal tanks, but their walls are thicker, and accordingly the stiffeners are reinforced. The tanks can be used as a reservoir for storing and transporting UAN (urea-ammonia mixture), caustic soda and other liquid fertilizers for agricultural needs.

Expanding the range of tanks for transporting UAN, taking into account the wishes of consumers in terms of optimizing the overall dimensions, volume and cost of products, we offer you a new product for 2019 - a tank for transporting G-6000E with a volume of 6000 liters. The overall dimensions of the tank allow you to install it on almost any truck. The optimal ratio of the length, width and height of the product ensures the stability of the vehicle, both when the tank is completely and partially filled.

The spacer pipe acts as a breakwater, prevents the spread of vibrations in the tank, providing protection against water hammer. It also significantly increases the vertical rigidity of the tank. Thanks to the spacer pipe, the process of filling the tank with liquid is smooth and uniform, the risk of plastic deformation of polyethylene when exposed to high temperatures is reduced (especially when the liquid temperature is above 50 ° C).

When installing on the body of a vehicle, it is necessary to secure the tank with belts and provide stops that prevent the tank from shifting during movement. Tanks for sprayers and special equipment are installed and mounted on bodies and frames according to the technical documentation of the Plant-manufacturer of this equipment.
